About Tellus Mater LLC

Land is where the next chapter starts.

We are a Georgia and Southeast-focused land company working across acquisition, disposition, development and the relationships that make property move.

Our point of view

Grounded in the dirt. Curious about the upside.

Tellus Mater means Mother Earth. The name is a reminder that every deal starts with something physical: a piece of ground, a location, a set of constraints and a set of people with something at stake.

We work with landowners, investors, builders, developers, agents and wholesalers to find the clearest path from what a property is today to what it can responsibly become next.

We believe better land decisions start with better questions.

Who we work with

People close to the opportunity.

Landowners bring the ground. Partners bring market knowledge, capital, construction experience and local relationships. Our job is to make the handoff more useful for everyone at the table.

LANDOWNERS

A clear way forward.

Direct conversations about value, timing and the options available for a parcel.

CAPITAL

A sharper pipeline.

Land opportunities connected to a real strategy, not generic inventory.

BUILDERS

A better site fit.

Property conversations shaped around what a team can actually execute.
